Enrichment Enterprises Inc. was co-founded in 1993 by Doug Thompson and Janet Dalicandro to provide adult training courses in a business school setting in the Niagara area. By 1997, the business had evolved to offer organizational consulting as well as value proposition consulting. In 2000, Janet took over full time as President of the company and the Enrichment Enterprises Inc. consulting practice was launched in the Toronto area, offering a suite of services to corporate and not-for-profit leaders.

Janet has been helping companies and organizations clarify complex business issues for over 30 years. Her diverse career has encompassed senior leadership positions at IBM, Granada Canada and Canada Trust, the Managing Director of SpectraVision Canada and SpectraVision International and the President of webpersonals.com. She has served on numerous corporate and not-for-profit boards as a director, audit member, governance committee chair and board chair.

Combining her problem solving skills with intuitive thinking and perceptive listening, Janet has guided Enrichment Enterprises Inc. clients by helping them identify their critical issues and in turn, the solutions needed to move their organization forward.

Janet is a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD). In 2005, she received the ICD.D designation from the ICD Corporate Governance College Director’s Education Program, offered in partnership with Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. She has also been a YPO member and forum moderator, University of Toronto lecturer and advisor for Queen’s Center for Enterprise Development (QCED).
